As an XI member, your company can create a direct link to several thousand investors. You can quickly and efficiently inform and communicate with the investor community in various countries. Corporations such as Bloomberg, investment bank Pareto Securities and Wentworth Resources (listed in London, Oslo)are among our first business members.
Investors increasingly look to the Internet for research, exchange of opinion and idea generation. However, until now it has not been possible for businesses to make online contact with the investor community in a serious way. XI’s requirement of members to use their real identity, as well as our custom made functionality, make us the first investor site to offer this.
As a business member, you will automatically be followed by all personal members registered in the same country as you. Personal members must actively choose to unfollow the company if they don’t want to follow your company's messages, so that you don’t have to spend time building up a contact base. The information and comments from the company will automatically be published to the wall of all your followers – just as they would on Facebook. Members who wish to do so, can respond to the company’s messages. All replies are made in the member’s real name, thus ensuring that responses are genuine and respectful. You can easily delete feedback if necessary. Content published on XI can only be read by members.
A business membership with XI should be the most effective tool for listed companies, companies planning to go public, investment firms, other service providers, media companies and organizations active in capital markets to quickly obtain increased attention from and improve their dialogue with investors. You can provide useful information to increase investors' knowledge of and confidence in your company and its offerings. This may result in new customer relationships, improved liquidity in the capital market and improved ability to compete for capital effectively. Rumour spreading and incorrect information can easily be stopped early, and one-to-many messages can save you time, as you do not have to make a series of phone calls or send e-mails with similar requests. When looking to raise capital at short notice, XI should be a very effective channel to do so.
XI is free for companies we believe can publish content of interest to our members.
